When I was looking for a second home in a city I don't live in, I started on Zillow. I went and started reading reviews on Zillow about agents, and I picked 3 that looked promising and filled out a form with my contact information. Chuck responded to me in less than 5 minutes. One other agent responded an hour or so later, and one never responded at all.
That first interaction proved to be a good prognosticator of my entire experience with Chuck. It was my wife and I's first time buying a property at the coast, and we had a lot of questions. Chuck was responsive and informative as he helped us work through those questions. He also just provided a general calm guidance that was extremely helpful. Chuck's network of connections also helped with the processes of identifying good home candidates, selecting the right home for us, and negotiating.
